Your practitioner will thoroughly assess your facial muscles and will determine where to administer your injections. Several tiny injections using an exceptionally fine needle will be applied precisely into the muscles. Pain is usually very minimal making the use of a numbing agent not necessary. However, some ice may be used prior to the injection on the targeted area. The procedure will be quick and easy and should be performed within 30 minutes.
The procedure will involve minimal downtime which allows you to resume normal activities straight after your treatment. Some temporary redness, swelling, and bruising may be percieved shortly after injection.
