The 1540 Fractional Laser delivers an array of high-precision microbeams of light. These microbeams create narrow, deep channels that penetrate below your epidermis and into the dermis, leaving the rest of the surrounded tissue untouched. This procedure will initiate your skin’s natural healing process promoting the formation of new, healthy skin tissue.
When are results noticeable?
You will notice immediate results after the first treatment. For best results, we generally recommend 3 to 6 treatments scheduled four weeks apart. Your specialist will assess and recommend the ideal treatment plan for your individual needs.

The first step is a complimentary consultation with one of our medical aesthetic consultants. We will assess your concerns and discuss your desirable results. We will explain the treatment thoroughly, take your full medical history and book you in for a patch test to ensure you are a suitable candidate for the treatment.
Before your treatment, your skin must be perfectly clean, without lotions, oils, creams, or fragrances. Your therapist will perform a patch test at least 24 hours before the treatment to ensure your skin doesn’t react. You will also be informed on all the pre-treatment requirements to follow to ensure you are prepared.
Your specialist will thoroughly cleanse your skin prior to the procedure and apply numbing cream to the treatment areas for more comfort. The laser will precisely target small fraction of your skin at a time creating micro-perforations. This process will kick start your skin’s natural healing process promoting new, healthy skin tissue.
You should expect a sunburn sensation and your skin will to mildly peel. You will be advised to follow a specific homecare regimen after the treatment.
